Made with organic blueberries, a touch of organic bananas, local raw and unfiltered honey, with the natural flavor and nutrition of freshly milled organic wheat berries, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic egg, organic buttermilk, and unrefined salt. Simple ingredients, unrefined, containing all of the flavor and vitality that God intended for us to enjoy. A delicious little bundle of gratitude, flavor, and nutrition.

We have found that the flavor and nutrition of muffins made from freshly milled organic wheat flour far exceeds other muffins that we’ve sampled. The wheat berries that we select often come from regenerative farms that seek to enrich the soil with their cultivation practices rather than deplete it, increasing the nutritional density of the grain in the process. That’s the foundation of these whole grain blueberry muffins that contain ALL of the flavor, vitality and nutrients present in flour that was milled only minutes before use. Oxygen has no chance to turn any part of the flour into something you don’t want. Nothing is stripped, bleached, treated with chemicals or adulterated with preservatives. God gave us grains that supply many of the nutrients that we need. Why would we “refine” such a gift by removing most of what makes it good for us just to extend its shelf life? Our customers are far too important for us to treat them like that.
