Fresh-Milled Flour

Supplying many of the nutrients that are needed to sustain the human body, the wheat berry is a wonderful source of nutrition. To best preserve these many nutrients, using freshly milled flour is essential. That is the reason why Porter Abbot only supplies fresh-milled flour to local customers who can receive it shortly after milling.

  • Early Week Milling: Monday for same day handoff.
  • Pre-Weekend Milling: Friday for same day handoff.
